Casa Guacamaya is located in Playacar Phase 2, a quiet, beautifully-landscaped community which features the Robert Hagge-designed championship golf course and the Xaman ha Aviary/Bird Sanctuary.   

Casa Guacamaya is located just South of the entrance to Playacar Phase 2, part of the Villas de Mayab development of single family homes. Overlooking the Aviary and adjacent to the golf course, the house is just a five minute walk to the beach, ferry dock to Cozumel, and 5th avenue. This home shares a large swimming pool and a clubhouse with the other homes in Villas de Mayab.

Guests can take advantage of the owner’s Reef Club Playacar VIP card. Using this VIP card, you can pay a small fee to access beach towels and lounge chairs or you may opt to purchase a discounted half-day/full day all-inclusive package. This entitles you to all meals, snacks and beverages; all non-motor water sports activities, on site gym and pool activities!
