Casa Cascada is located in Playacar Phase 1, just 2 short blocks to the magnificent white sand beach. Playacar Phase 1 is a secure, residential community located just south of the ferry dock to Cozumel and between the beach and 10th avenue in Playa del Carmen.  Some of the most gorgeous homes in Playa del Carmen are in Playacar Phase 1.   

Casa Cascada, which used to be called Bungalow Griffin, has recently been upgraded and is very unique in that it is the only one-bedroom, single-family home in our rental pool. It even has its own private swimming pool with waterfall set amid lush vegetation!

This two-story home has both a ground floor terrace and a second floor wraparound balcony and roof deck with sea view. The first floor contains the living room, dining room, kitchen, and a full bath, while the second floor features the bedroom with sitting area and another full bathroom. This home is suitable for 2 adults and up to 2 small children, under the age of 10 years.

Bed configuration: 1 King, 1 sofa bed in the living room (for 2 small children only)

  • Rates are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice until confirmed.
  • 10% taxes will be added to rates.
  • Rates are based on 2 people per bedroom. Up to two small children (under 10 years) may also stay without extra charge.
  • Minimum stay requirement is 3 nights except during the Holiday season, when it is 7 nights.
  • The weekly rate is based on 7 nights.  For stays over 7 nights, divide the weekly rate by 7 to get the daily rate for additional nights
  • High Season dates are typically from around Jan. 6-Apr. 30  
  • Low Season dates are typically from around May 1-Dec. 15
  • Holiday Season dates are typically from around Dec. 16-Jan. 5
  • Seasonal dates vary by owner/agency and from year to year, so please ask to confirm the season your travel dates fall under.
  • During Holiday and High Seasons, weekly rentals are permitted from Saturday to Saturday only (some exceptions for longer stays and availability).
