Rental Policies
Rental policies vary for different houses, so the cancellation policies, rental procedures, and payment methods applicable to your rental will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Generally speaking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, within 7 days, or you risk losing your reservation. The remaining 50% is typically due anywhere from 30-90 days in advance of your arrival. If your arrival date is already within this time frame at the time of your booking, you will be required to pay the full rental amount at the time of booking.
- Rates are in US dollars and are subject to change at any time, without notice, until confirmed.
- Occupancy for all homes is limited to 2 people per bedroom, including children of any age. Additional people may be allowed, but extra fees may apply and these must be declared and approved at the time of booking.
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is allowed only outside, on patios or balconies
- Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities. Please conserve both. Shut off air conditioners in rooms you are not using, and when leaving the premises. Air conditioners found running with the windows open or when there is no one in the home will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
- All rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations.
